IT Assistant cum Junior System Administrator
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a similar field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in information technology is preferred.
- Knowledge of IT hardware including computers, laptops, servers, and other peripherals.
- Excellent understanding of software systems including network, enterprise, antivirus, domain control, Active Directory, operating systems, and office programmes (MS Teams).
- Troubleshoot all school network and system problems.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Installation and configuration of CCTV cameras and NVR systems.
- Configuring firewalls, routers and ERP servers.
- Troubleshoot PABX system and conference kit problems.
- Age should be below 35.
