"The Colombo Young Men's Buddhist Association (YMBA) is seeking a dedicated, creative, and skilled individual for our innovative Dhamma School Management Software Project.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and training for Dhamma schools

Fundraising and management for the project
-
Contribute ideas for software improvements
-
Coordinate and communicate with Dhamma schools

Prepare project reports and progress reviews
Required Qualifications:
-
Degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field

Minimum one year of project management experience or equivalent
-
Ability to conduct software training sessions
-
Fundraising experience is advantageous
-
Proficiency in Sinhala and English languages

Understanding of and interest in Buddhist education
