Associate Project Manager

As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of software projects.

Responsibilities

• Communication and Stakeholder Management - Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations throughout the project.
• Project Planning - Develop a detailed project plan that outlines tasks, timelines, and resource allocation to guide the project's execution.
• Project Documentation - Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Teamwork – Work and follow up with the internal team members to ensure they are performing effectively and meeting project goals.
• Scope Management - Clearly define and control the project scope to prevent scope creep and ensure the project stays on track.
• Risk Management - Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to minimize their impact on the project.
• Quality Assurance - Ensure that all project deliverables meet the defined quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year Project Management experience in the IT industry.
• Strong communication skills in English are a must.
• Hands on experience in handling end to end software delivery and implementation projects.
• Strong Customer Relationship & Customer Handling Skills.
• Strong Interpersonal & Analytical Skills.
• A Project Management Related Qualification will be a definite advantage.

Working times would defer as we handle clients around the world including Australia, UK and USA and the chosen candidate will work hybrid.

The candidate will also have a chance to travel overseas if required.
