Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training on software products, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be required to hold a valid driving licence as occasional travel to client locations may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and live chat to clients.
• Troubleshoot software issues and resolve hardware/software configuration problems.
• Conduct software training sessions for end-users, both virtually and on-site.
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
• Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest product improvements.
• Assist clients with installations, upgrades, and software configurations.
• Travel to client sites as needed for on-site technical support and training.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical support or customer service roles.
• Strong understanding of software troubleshooting techniques and processes.
• Proficiency in using various remote support tools.
• Experience conducting software training for clients or colleagues.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving licence required for travelling to client locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of specific industry-related software is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service in a technology company is a bonus.
