Front-End Developers

Care Systems, Inc. USA is an innovative, fast-growing company focusing on Optimized Staff Scheduling Applications. Our global footprint includes a dynamic and rapidly expanding branch office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We serve organizations worldwide with Staffing Management Systems. We currently cater to clients in the USA, UK and the Middle East.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Front-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of User Interface Design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create seamless User Experiences across various platforms. As a Front-End Developer, you will work closely with our design and backend teams to develop and maintain high-quality applications.

Responsibilities:

• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Front-End Development

Required Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of proven experiences as a Front-End Developer
• Proven experience with React is a must (experience in Next.js is advantageous)
• Familiarity with design patterns and best practices for front-end development
• Knowledge of responsive designs
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
