MANAGER - INFORMATION SYSTEMS

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Information Technology. The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve defined business KPis.

Role & Responsibility

• Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging applications.
• Managing all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project deliveries.
• Defining timelines, and resource allocations.
• Providing guidance to the team and ensuring they adhere to development standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies framework, and tools to support the development process.
• Define and enforce development standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 6 years' experience with Apparel domain.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• You have proven knowledge in leading development team.
• You possess extensive problem-solving, analytical and communication.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Dot Net Core, ASP.Net with MVC and other NET technologies, Angular, API and SQL Server.
• Previous exposure to AGILE development methodologies,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles; design patterns, and development methodologies.
