"The Colombo Young Men's Buddhist Association (YMBA) is seeking a dedicated, creative, and skilled individual for our innovative Dhamma School Management Software Project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and training for Dhamma schools
• Fundraising and management for the project
• Contribute ideas for software improvements
• Coordinate and communicate with Dhamma schools
• Prepare project reports and progress reviews

Required Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum one year of project management experience or equivalent
• Ability to conduct software training sessions
• Fundraising experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in Sinhala and English languages
• Understanding of and interest in Buddhist education
