KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand the requirements for decoupling two features in the existing system.
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on the requirements and design documents.
• Execute test cases and report test results.
• Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and provide relevant inputs from the testing perspective.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and oversee their work for quality.
• Continuously improve QA processes and practices.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a QA engineer in the Telecommunications industry.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
