DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installing & Configuring Computer Hardware, Software, Servers, Printers, Scanners.
- Troubleshooting systems and network problems & solving hardware and software faults.
- Implementation of new equipment, technology acquisition software solutions & upgrades.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network.
- Responding and attending to breakdowns.
- Provide technical and infrastructure support for computer users.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age below 26.
- Followed diploma in hardware & network technology/computer system.
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
