KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Utilize Microsoft Fabric to design, develop, and deploy scalable data solutions that address business challenges and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data science projects
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, preprocess data, and engineer features to prepare datasets for modeling.
• Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations, reports, and presentations
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data science and Microsoft Azure Fabric, applying them to augment our data science capabilities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Possessing 4+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a robust background in machine learning. statistical analysis, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including proficiency in building and deploying data solutions using Azure services.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in an agile environment and delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
