We are looking for a proficient System Operations Analyst to join our team and contribute to the efficient management of contracts, sales orders, and renewals. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing processes thoroughly and maintaining clear communication with cross-functional teams. You will collaborate closely with the Project Management and Finance teams, to ensure smooth and timely transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Salesforce and Netsuite Administrator to communicate data entry requirements and align systems.
• Import invoicing data into NetSuite for billing purposes.
• Manage and oversee the project data entry process in Ruddr, ensuring timely and accurate entry of all relevant project data.
• Run monthly invoicing processes in Ruddr, ensuring invoices are accurate and generated according to project timelines.
• Run monthly journal entries from Ruddr and ensure successful importation into NetSuite.
• Reconcile invoicing and journal entry data between Ruddr and NetSuite to ensure alignment and accuracy between the two systems.
• Work with Project Managers to ensure the invoicing process is completed on time.
• Work closely with the Finance Team to ensure accurate and timely imports of financial data.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all process steps related to invoicing, journal entries, data entry, and system reconciliation ensuring clarity, conciseness, and up-to-date information for future reference and training purposes.
• Collaborate with the Database Team to identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Propose process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention.

Qualification and Experience

• Following a diploma / degree in Business Administration/ accounting, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge in NetSuite and Ruddr are an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related applications.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced demanding environment, with the ability to work under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines with accurate data.
