Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and execution of manual and automated test cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and identify potential issues.
• Conduct performance, functional, and regression testing to ensure software quality.
• Analyze technical information, troubleshoot issues, and propose logical solutions.
• Explore and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance testing processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of software development and testing principles.
• Experience with manual testing and knowledge of test automation tools (a plus).
• Familiarity with programming languages.
• Performance testing experience.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Passion for self-learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
