We’re Hiring: Technical Lead (Node.js, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust applications using Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Optimize and manage databases using PostgreSQL, ensuring high performance and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and improvements.
• Develop and implement best practices for coding standards, performance, and security.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly.
• Utilize AWS, Azure, or OpenShift for deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their application within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on Nodejs, React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or OpenShift is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment
