Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex AI-focused IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including AI specialists, developers, and data scientists, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field (PMP or similar certification preferred).
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in senior IT project management roles.
• Proficiency in developing and executing project plans.
• Familiarity with emerging AI trends and technologies.
• Experience managing IT and AI-driven transformation projects.

Skills:

• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Jira.
