Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analysis of business scenarios and product requirements and cla expectations with stakeholders.
• Perform requirements analysis, documenting and communicating results of your efforts.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findinos
• Develop detailed functional requirements documents leading system design
• Ensure the solution meets business needs and requirements.
• Ensure the functionality, usability, performance and supportability of th requirements,
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users
• Help to maintain a team environment that promotes tamaoi continuous improvement
• Help to maintain a team environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Engage in initiatives beyond current role to strengthen the Business Analysis/ Product Management team at Arimac.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information technology. Software Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a global team.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, User Stories.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision -making skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimum supervision.
• Previous experience in working in an Agile environment and playing the scrum master role will be an added advantage.
• Competency in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft applications including Word, Outlook and specially Excel.
• Knowledge on UML Diagrams.
