Junior Web Developer / Designer

Location: Sri Lanka (Kandy preferred – remote considered)

Type: Full-time

Experience: 1+ year

Salary Range: LKR 40,000 – 60,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop websites using WordPress and Elementor
• Convert designs from Figma into responsive, well-structured websites
• Ensure websites are fast, mobile-friendly, and visually consistent
• Implement basic SEO and performance best practices
• Collaborate with content and design teams for smooth delivery
• Maintain and update existing websites as needed

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience with WordPress development
• Strong skills in Elementor, Figma, and basic design layout principles
• Good eye for detail, spacing, typography, and modern UI trends
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS
• Self-disciplined and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Based in or near Kandy (preferred)
