We're Looking for a Technical Co-Founder (Project-Based payment)

We’re a service-based software startup (Pvt Ltd) with a mission to deliver AI-driven, custom software solutions for global clients.

We’ve already partnered with a leading AI development agency in Australia, and we’re now ready to grow our technical team from the inside out.

We’re seeking a project-based technical co-founder to join us at this exciting stage — someone who’s not only a developer but a visionary willing to help shape and scale the tech side of our business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience in full-stack or AI/ML development
• Comfortable with building MVPs, client solutions, and leading tech architecture
• Project-based engagement to start, with potential for long-term leadership and equity
• Startup mindset — fast, flexible, and committed to delivering value
• Strong communication skills — can clearly explain ideas and engage with clients
• Positive, collaborative, and solution-driven attitude — “can do” mindset is a must
• Bonus: Experience in service delivery or global client communication
