As our team grows, we’re on the lookout for someone who can help keep the engine running smoothly.

Role Overview:
We’re urgently looking for a Secretary to the Director who can bring structure, speed, and support to our fast-paced environment. You’ll work directly with the Director, handling everything from emails and task management to scheduling meetings and dealing with a high volume of visitors at the studio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and organize the Director’s daily schedule and calendar
• Draft, send, and respond to professional emails on behalf of the Director
• Assign tasks to team members and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Track important deadlines, meetings, and ongoing projects
• Greet and coordinate visits with local and international guests to the studio
• Prepare reports, briefs, and documentation when needed
• Help streamline studio operations and improve workflow efficiency

Who You Are:

• Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure
• Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
• Professional, discreet, and reliable
• Experienced in administrative or assistant roles (bonus if it’s in creative or tech fields)
• Confident with productivity tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and task management platforms
• A quick learner who can adapt to a growing, fast-moving environment
