We’re looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer (1+ Year Exp.) with sharp design instincts and strong Figma skills — or the drive to master it fast. You don’t need a long résumé, but you must be a quick learner, fluent in English and Tamil, and committed to pixel-perfect execution and design consistency. Mistakes are fine, as long as you learn fast and never repeat them. We want someone who’s creative, detail-obsessed, user-focused, and absolutely not careless.
Internships are also available for candidates with strong portfolios.
Skills & Mindset:
- Proficient in Figma.
- Creative, detail oriented, and user focused.
- Fluent in English and Tamil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive user flows and interfaces.
- Create high fidelity mockups and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams.
- Conduct basic user testing and implement feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (9 hours)
- One day off per week.
