About the Role
Join us as an Operations Intern and help deliver a smooth, positive experience for our customers at every step. You’ll support the daily operations of the team, help solve issues, and keep our processes running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team with daily customer operations and coordination
• Assist with onboarding, follow-ups, and routine client communications
• Update records, process documentation, and monitor feedback
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication in Sinhala (English/Tamil a plus)
• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Proactive, positive attitude and ability to work in a team

• Hands-on experience in business operations and customer experience
• Mentorship from experienced professionals
• Growth in teamwork, process management, and service delivery skills
• Internship certificate and letter of recommendation on completion
