Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple databases and sources, providing accurate and insightful reports to stakeholders.
• Assist in the design, maintenance, and optimization of our data warehouse, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient data retrieval.
• Create interactive and informative dashboards using Grafana, PowerBI enabling stakeholders to gain meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline data pipelines, automate data integration processes, and ensure smooth data flow between systems.
• Employ analytical methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in the data, supporting business decisions with data-driven insights.
• Implement data validation processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
• Work closely with other analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data solutions to support various projects and initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to data analytics and DevOps, suggesting improvements to existing processes.

 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Six months to a year of experience in using industry standard tools and techniques in related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and manipulation.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R), data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling principles.
• Experience in creating data visualizations and dashboards using Grafana, PowerBI or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), DevOps practices and tools for data integration and automation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in data analysis.
• Understanding of data security and privacy best practices.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
