What we are looking for

We are looking for a passionate and energetic UI/UX Engineer.

Ifonix is a product based innovation lab located in the heart of Colombo and we collaborate with our stakeholders and partners based in Europe to create value-driven software.

What we need you to bring to the team

If you have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field, that's great! If you don't, that's fine too.

We prefer that you have at least 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Engineer and need you to bring the following to our team.

1. 1 year experience in working with HTML/CSS
2. Working understanding of Figma, AdobeXD, Tailwind and Bootstrap with SASS
3. Knowledge of Vector Graphics(SVG's) and image manipulation is a plus
4. Ability to consult with clients to understand their goals
5. Explaining user research results to the team and stakeholders
6. Developing user personas and usage scenarios
7. Conducting usability testing
8. Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
9. Creating product prototypes
10. Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience

We use English for our formal communications but don't if you are more comfortable speaking in Sinhala or Tamil we are happy to help you develop your language skills.
