About This Role
We are seeking a Technical Lead to join our team and guide a group of developers. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust .NET backend solutions, and occasionally assisting with front-end development. Your SQL/MSSQL expertise will be crucial as you work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver top-tier software solutions and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.

We Are Looking For Individuals Who Have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of experience as a .NET Developer with strong backend development skills, proficient in .NET Core, C#, and SQL/MSSQL.
• Front-end development expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a background in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
• Your Key Objectives:
• Architect, design, and develop high-performance .NET backend solutions.
• Lead and mentor developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Ensure clean, maintainable code and efficient database schemas using SQL/MSSQL.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
• Adhere to coding standards and best practices, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend new tools and technologies.
• Help the team deliver on time by resolving bottlenecks and maintaining project momentum.

• Understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with Azure Cloud services.
