At Boda Boda Pvt Limited, we are dedicated to providing top-notch courier services across Sri Lanka. We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Executive - IT to join our team and help manage the IT operations of our head office and branches.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day IT operations of the head office and branches.
- Collaborate with staff to understand their IT needs and deliver timely solutions.
- Maintain IT reports, inventory, and daily worksheets.
- Provide support to customers regarding system issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware is required.
- Previous experience in IT technical functions will be an added advantage.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in IT.
- Minimum 6 months of previous working experience.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and be a good team player.
