Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases based on software requirements and specifications.
• Liaise with internal/external teams (e.g.. business analysts, project managers, developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities within projects.
• Review and maintain testcases with timely manner.
• Perform functional and non-functional tests.
• Test case prioritization, execution and log defects in the defect tracking system with detailed information to facilitate replication and resolution.
• Create detailed test reports and communicate testing outcomes to the relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct sprint demos and knowledge transfer sessions as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the quality of the product.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in the Software Quality Assurance field.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related qualification.
• Experienced in Banking and finance domain is a plus.
• Experience in testing web/ mobile applications.
• Experience working in an Agile development process.
• Good knowledge of software testing methodologies and process.
• Attention to detail, responsibility and problem-solving skills.
• Strong patience for repetitive work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on experience in functional and non-functional testing activities.
• Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Experience in Jira or similar test management tools.
• Experienced in API testing.
• Hands on experience in Web, Mobile automation, Performance testing is a plus.
