Job Description

Altrium is seeking experienced Senior Quality Engineers specializing in test automation who are passionate about technology and quality engineering. Join our outstanding team of engineers to ensure the excellence and reliability of our highly scalable modern software products on a cutting-edge technology stack. You will work, learn, and grow under the guidance of our lead engineers and architects, who have many years of experience building and testing world-class software products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in creating, implementing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test automation tools/scripts.
• Strong programming and scripting skills relevant to our automation stack (e.g., Java, Selenium, TestNG, Appium).
• Experience with CI/CD processes is an advantage.
• Experience in leading QE teams or mentoring junior QE engineers is desired.
• Proven track record of driving defect resolution and ensuring product quality in release cycles.
• Typically, 4–6 years of experience, but expertise is valued over the number of years.

Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test automation tools/scripts.
• Ensure the excellence and reliability of software products using a cutting-edge technology stack.
• Drive defect resolution and ensure product quality in release cycles.
• Lead and mentor junior QE engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Utilize programming and scripting languages relevant to our automation stack (e.g., Java, Selenium, TestNG, Appium).
• Implement and manage Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes.
