1. How long will my advertisements remain on ITPro.lk?
There is no expiry date for job ads on ITPro.lk. Your ads will remain live until you choose to delete them. If you are continuously hiring, we offer an option to re-post your ads. However, we recommend removing your job ads once the position has been filled.
Please note that job ads older than four months will display a notice on the application form, indicating that they are outdated.
2. What is the pricing for advertising?
Advertising on ITPro.lk is completely free. We operate on a freemium model, allowing you to use our basic features at no cost. In the future, we plan to introduce premium features.
3. How can I edit my company details?
ITPro.lk does not have company profiles. If you need to update your company information, simply edit the details within your job advertisement.
4. Can multiple users access my account?
ITPro.lk does not have traditional user accounts. Your job management page is accessible via a unique URL token sent to your email. If you share this URL with others, they will also be able to access your job management page.
If you need to revoke access, please contact us to update your authentication code.
5. Can I add non-IT jobs?
ITPro.lk’s primary audience is IT and technology professionals, including those in creative fields. However, we do have general categories such as "IT and General" and "Management and Business" that allow you to post more generic job opportunities. Please note that the audience for non-IT job roles may be more limited as they may not directly align with our IT-focused categories.
6. What is your moderation policy?
To maintain the quality of the platform, we occasionally review job ads and may update the category if it's found to be posted under an incorrect one. We also reserve the right to remove or update content if we find it inappropriate. Additionally, we do not allow multiple job roles to be posted in a single job advertisement.
7. How can I delete my profile?
ITPro.lk does not have user profiles or accounts. If you want to remove your presence from the platform, simply delete all your job ads.
